The cotton stretched over the pine frame is 100% unbleached 10 oz cotton duck. It is acid-free, non-yellowing and triple-primed with titanium white gesso. However, we recommend not working wet-on-wet or with resin on the larger sizes of these canvases, as they will warp. The fabric and timber used in the bracing and framing of this canvas brand are not strong enough to hold the moisture and shrinkage that can come from these techniques.
