Art Materials Australia’s shipping is not just cost-effective, but also designed to be straightforward. We offer flat rate options and free shipping for orders over specific amounts, making it easier for you to get your art materials. For non-bulky art materials, our flat rate shipping fee is $9.90 Australia-wide on orders under $99. Orders exceeding $99 qualify for free shipping within Australia. And for bulky items, including canvas boxes, a flat rate of $44.85 applies due to the specialised shipping required, ensuring your items arrive safely and efficiently.

To keep costs minimal for large or heavy items, Art Materials Australia ships bulky items via commercial freighting companies with trucks that ensure safe and efficient delivery. Bulky items cannot be sent via Australia Post or smaller transport companies.

We process and dispatch orders generally within two to three business days, and delivery is determined on the items location.

Shipping for Bulky and Dangerous Goods

Bulky or dangerous goods shipped to remote locations may require a custom shipping quote. Our customer service team will assist with providing this quote.

Tracking and Express Shipping

Tracking numbers are available on request and are referenced directly through Paypal.

Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect the items. If you notice any damage, please notify us within seven days. Damaged items must be returned at your expense with a valid receipt to qualify for a repair, replacement, or credit note. This process ensures that we can quickly address any issues and provide you with a satisfactory solution.
